Jon Bon Jovi sold a villa for $ 20 million and bought another for $ 43 million

American musician Jon Bon Jovi sold a property in Palm Beach for about $ 20 million, and on the same day, he bought a property a few miles away for $ 43 million.

In 2018, he bought the villa in Florida, with an area of over 1,500 square meters, for 10 million dollars and put it up for sale in May this year, for 22.9 million dollars.

The price obtained is 19.84 million dollars.

The house was built by Shapiro Pertnoy Company, and the interior was designed by Caroline Rafferty.

Bon Jovi’s latest acquisition is much more spacious – with over 3,100 square meters – located a few kilometers from the property sold on the beach.

It went on sale in January for $ 44.9 million. The house has seven bedrooms and as many bathrooms, and on the property, there is a second house with an open bar, swimming pool, and terrace.

Designed by Thomas Kirchhoff, the house was designed by David Kleinberg.

Jon Bon Jovi is known as a “house collector”. He also owns a four-bedroom apartment in West Village, New York, for which he paid about $ 17 million in 2017, and a villa in East Hampton, which he bought in 2004 for $ 7.6 million.

His French-style mansion in Middletown, New Jersey, known as the Hight Point Estate and designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, went on sale in 2017 and is still looking for a buyer. The price, which was not disclosed, is apparently $ 20 million.
