DJ Martin Garrix will compose the Euro-2020 anthem

The famous DJ and producer were announced as the official musical artist of the final tour in a spectacular setting, on the occasion of the Amsterdam Dance Event, on Saturday, October 19, 2019.

The 23-year-old artist revealed this during a live show in his hometown, Amsterdam, one of the 12 host cities of the final tournament next summer.

While the dazzling light show delighted the spectators who filled RAI Amsterdam’s refusal, Garrix offered an unexpected moment, stepping out of the backdrop of the famous Henri Delaunay Cup, the trophy to be handed to the winner of the UEFA Euro-2020. At the same time, the giant screens behind him confirmed that he will be the official music artist of the final tour next summer.

The song and, at the same time, the collaboration with another singer, will be announced to the public in the spring of 2020. The two artists will then perform, for the first time, the entire song at the opening ceremony of the UEFA Euro-2020, at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, on June 12, 2020.

In addition to the official song, Martin will also produce the track that will mark the exit of the teams on the playing field, as well as the song that will be used in all official TV broadcasts.
